Synopsis

There's gold in them thar hills... along with a passel of problems. Ma and Pa picked out a pretty prospective wife for son Levi, but she's takin a shinin' to the Sheriff - and Levi, too, has another love. Then there's bad blood between the Sheriff and his sister, the saloon's shenanigans cause a ruckus, and ol' looney tunes prospector Obadiah claims the town's rugged frontier land is his. There's a (very tame) "shootout" at the end ("guns" are fake). After guests polish off their dinners, they try to figger out who's crooked and who's not - and guessing who's the outlaw proves trickier than panning for gold! Old timey 1800s fun, with a crazy cowboy's endless one-liners to rope in the guests. The real gold nugget is the conclusion, which reinforces "judge not" and forgiveness amid the entertainment. A family-friendly romp in the wild, wild West.
